At KPS Manufacturing LLC, we offer a wide range of machining services, including CNC milling and turning. We work with a variety of materials, including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, nodular iron and plastics. We also provide services such as engineering and consulting to design and build automation systems.

- Determined from RFQ’s, new work and compliments from current customers
- Zero business lost due to Customer Satisfaction or delivery issues.
- Determined from work lost and complaints from current customers
- Customer Request for Corrective Action - < 5 a year
- Internal Scrap- < 2%
Our Team
Our team of highly skilled machinists have years of experience and expertise in the field. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and quality workmanship.
President: Bill Hessell
Bill has a Manufacturing background with over 40 years of providing CNC machined components and light assembly for Automotive, Non Automotive, Oil and Gas and Off-Road components. He has experience working with customer engineering teams to develop prototype thru production requirements.
Chief Technical Officer: Kevin Colvin
Kevin has over 45 years of process and CNC machining experience. He specializes in Aerospace, Automotive, on and off road, heavy truck and drive train. He is highly experienced in process design, implementation and optimization.
Quality Control Manager: Robert Harcek
Bob has over 40 years of experience in machine shops. He has been operating lathes, grinders and induction heat treat machines and has over 30 years of quality experience in the industry. He has spent the last 10 years as a quality control manager.
